Benjamin Rattray, DO, FAAP, is a neonatologist at Women’s Hospital and Alamance Regional Medical Center. Also, he is an adjunct associate professor in pediatrics at Duke University. 

At Cone Health, he serves as the neonatal transport director and is the leader of the neonatal neurology quality improvement committee. In addition, he is the founder of the Cone Health provider writing program serves on both the nutrition and newborn committees. 

Originally from New Zealand, he lived in California for a decade before moving to North Carolina to complete his medical training. He is currently pursuing an MBA through Louisiana State University Shreveport.  

He and his wife have three children, and they are active members of Daystar Church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, writing, sailing and hiking.
