Biography
Carolyn Hoskins, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine. Her professional interests include preventative health, chronic disease management, pediatrics and women’s health.
With experience in diverse healthcare settings, she is a big believer in shared decision-making and working together with patients to achieve their goals. She strives to provide her patients with evidence-based care that is individualized for their specific needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing mobile games, participating in church activities and driving a tractor.
