Biography
Cassie Lynn Kuppelweiser, PharmD, CPP, is a clinical pharmacist practitioner, board-certified infectious disease pharmacist and credentialed HIV pharmacist. She collaborates with infectious disease providers and helps make informed decisions about each patient’s therapy and medication needs. Her specialties include HIV, hepatitis, tuberculosis and other bacterial lung infections, medication adherence and antibiotic monitoring, and outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy.
A kind and understanding listener, she educates patients, advocates for their needs and individualizes treatments. Her door is always open; she is only a phone call away if patients have any questions.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs. Her hobbies include exercising, traveling and reading.
