Biography
Board-certified in pediatrics, Christopher Zimmerman, MD, specializes in neonatology. His professional interests include quality improvement, neonatal kidney disease and long-term extremely low birthweight (ELBW) outcomes.
With experience in quality improvement and long-term outcomes research, he strives to help patients and their families truly understand the medical complexity that surrounds them. Through effective communication, leadership and a team-based approach to improving outcomes, he empowers families and staff with relatable knowledge and helps to improve the health of those he has the privilege to treat.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking and traveling.
