Dr Zafirov was personable and professional. And an excellent communicator. I felt she looked to understand me both personally and medically.

My normal doctor was out of town while I was dealing with a back injury. Provider that filled in for my virtual visit seemed unconcerned about my condition and I feel like I was wished good luck vs there being any concern about my recovery. My normal doc and spine surgeon prescribes me prednisone when my back goes out and she basically said she doesn't practice that way and my injury was idiopathic. She did not have the best attitude nor display any concern for my condition. It was an unpleasant experience, and in the future I will just wait for my primary physician.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. I'm glad I changed my PCP.

She dismissed my concerns and offered no test or treatment. I visited another physician who listened to me and prescribed medication for internal shingles that dr z refused to treat
