Biography
Courtney Marie Grooms, PA-C, is a physician assistant who specializes in family medicine. Her professional interests include preventive care, chronic care management, women’s health and pediatrics.
Using a holistic approach to care, she is always interested in the “why” behind her patients’ complaints and disease processes, but more importantly, she focuses on “how” she can work with patients to make things better together. She believes her approach takes nutrition, emotional, mental and physical health and well-being into consideration. Through education and advocacy, she makes people feel human and more than their diagnoses and medical conditions.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her dog, doing Pilates, watching football, reading and watching the sunset.
