Biography
Daniel Fleming, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist with a doctor of physical therapy degree.
His experiences as a teacher, athlete and participation in a geriatric physical therapy residency program inform his approach to care. Using a patient-centered and multi-dimensional approach, he educates his patients, meets them where they are and understands the complexities of all the people he treats – from geriatric patients to athletes seeking to return to sports they love. He believes building strong relationships is a key to reaching patient goals.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, exercising, gardening, listening to music and traveling.
