Biography
David Guthrie, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist. His professional interests include endurance athletes and lower extremity injuries.
As a self-described “movement optimist,” he focuses on reducing fear and barriers around exercise through achievable entry points that build confidence, resilience and long-term capacity. Grounded in personal and family health care experience and a broad background in orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, he partners with patients as a guide and resource. He combines clinical expertise with each person’s lived experience to deliver individualized, practical care spanning daily function to higher-level sport.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and cats. His hobbies include running, cooking, reading, collecting music and tending to his plants.
