Dina Jacobs, MSN, FNP-C, specializes in family medicine.
With more than a decade of diverse experience, including in cardiology and labor and delivery, she forges strong patient relationships based on communicating openly and understanding individual healthcare needs. Using a collaborative, respectful, and mutualistic approach, she strives to provide the education her patients need to make informed decisions regarding their health and accomplish positive health outcomes.
In her spare time, she likes traveling and making memories with her children, trying new recipes and making home improvements.
