Biography
Emily Wheeler, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine.
Passionate about treating the whole person, she recognizes that well-being is shaped by prevention, access, advocacy and social determinants as well as clinical care. As a former ICU and trauma nurse, she understands the consequences of delayed care and the benefits of preventative medicine and early intervention. Using a patient-centered approach, she believes in educating patients, communicating openly, building trusting relationships and making compassionate, informed decisions.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, going to the gym, walking her dog, reading and traveling.
