Emma Rosenthal, OT, is an occupational therapist who works with pediatric patients. Her areas of focus include fine motor and visual-motor development, self-care development, sensory processing disorder and self-regulation.
While working in a pediatric setting, she uses play as one of her biggest therapeutic tools to keep therapy motivating, engaging and successful for every child. Using a holistic approach to care, she addresses her patients as a whole rather than as a discrete issue for which they were referred. She strives to help her patients achieve their fullest potential and live their happiest lives despite obstacles they may encounter.
In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, biking, baking, trying new restaurants, exploring North Carolina and spending time with family and friends.
“I try to develop playful and supportive relationships with all of my patients and their families. To be as successful as possible, I foster relationships with the entire family rather than only the child.” – Emma Rosenthal, OT
