Ernest Henry Dick, II, MSN, AGNP, is a board certified adult gerontological nurse practitioner. His professional interests include general cardiology and electrophysiology.

A change agent who helps patients achieve better health outcomes, he believes in teaching and motivating patients and helping them in ways that impact generational health. By sharing his personal journey with cardiac health, he strives to relate to patients, take time to get to know them and individualize treatment plans.

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, rooting for his favorite sports teams, playing with his dogs and tinkering with model airplanes.

NP Ernest was very thorough in answering my concerns as well as addressing what tests would be beneficial for diagnosing how my heart may or may not be functioning regarding the oxygen levels needed to reduce my symptom of shortness of breath. I appreciated all his concern and felt informed in detail about the stress test options.

Very nice man. Truly kind. But didn't seem to want to hear my opinion (probably because it contradicted his). Very friendly but quite persistent. Did a lot more talking than listening. I liked him. I would just have liked to be able to express my thoughts about the problem.

He is knowledgeable, professional, and he provided outstanding care. He answered my questions in a way that I would understand them. I was amazed! TOOK TIME TO LISTEN TO MY ISSUES. SOUGHT TO UNDERSTAND. EXPLAINED HIS THINKING, AND DREW DIAGRAM TO HELP EXPLAIN. IT WAS CLEAR AND HE HAD REVIEWED MY MED HISTORY PRIOR TO APPT. TALKED ME THRU MEDICATION RECOMMENDATIONS AND THE CTT TEST. EXCELLENT.
