I cannot convey enough kudos to him for providing a caring, thorough, and informative meeting. He appeared knowledgeable, discussed a myriad of solutions, listened carefully to my thoughts and concerns, and responded in a thoughtful and respectful manner. I left feeling very satisfied!!

Mr Calone did a great job in helping me unpack a potential office return January 1. I had three specifics concerns/questions coming into the session: 1. What does the data show about the risks of COVID to HIV+ people? 2. Is a potential office mandatory policy beginning January 1 too soon given the spike in COVID in NC and elsewhere? 3. Should this policy be finalized, will Dr. Hatcher's office be open to writing a letter of medical necessity that would allow me to continue working remotely? On all three points, Mr Calone offered his science-based expertise and showed compassion to the concerns and fears I have about a mandatory return to work. I left the session feeling like I had been heard, supported and that I had the information I needed as the policy is finalized and announced. We agreed at the end of the call that I would follow up with the office to request a letter should my workplace move forward with mandatory office work in January. Something I thought was re-assuring and an example of excellent patient service and support: Mr Calone (who I have never interacted with previously) not only shared the latest research about COVID risks relative to HIV+ people, but he came into the session having reviewed my medical history and the results of my latest in-person visit to the office.
