Biography
Hannah M. Mills, DNP, AGNP-BC, is an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with a doctor of nursing practice degree. She specializes in geriatric and internal medicine and is part of our digital health team.
Her experience as a beside nurse and advanced education provides her with a strong knowledge base and a keen sense of understanding of her patients and the health care arena. Using a holistic, compassionate and evidence-based approach to care, she assesses, diagnoses and treats patients to ensure the highest quality of care possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, working out, reading and the mental challenges of escape rooms and puzzles. She also enjoys spending time with her beloved cats and dogs.
