Jackson Overturf, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine.

As an athlete, he has personal experience with orthopedic injuries, so he understands firsthand what patients are going through and how difficult the small things can be. Along with empathy, he strives to be a good listener, so he can understand and meet the needs of his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, traveling, golfing and going on walks with his wife and dog.

I came away stating out loud my ride that day that I was very impressed with the doctor. He's very kind, friendly, jovial, showed expert care and had recommendations and answered all of my questions even clarified what pharmacy that I would want if I needed medication I didn't feel I did, but I felt that if I needed it, he would've been open to that. I was very impressed.

Due to how long ago original injury was and since pain never fully went away and even had become worse, provider agreed to have further imaging done to see if we could pinpoint a reason for the pain.

Jason quickly reviewed my file and saw a bone density test from several years ago which helped him assess the nature of my injury. He explained the problem and the process for addressing it very clearly and outlined the next steps he would take to help me. He answered any questions my husband and I had. He is an excellent communicator.
