Biography
Jacob Moore, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist.
Respectful, professional and caring, he focuses on patient independence from the very start of therapy. He uses personalized manual techniques to improve each patient’s mobility and functionality. He possesses a strong commitment to learning, genuine concern for patient outcomes and a passion for serving others.
In his spare time, he enjoys serving at his local church and reflecting on his faith. His hobbies include reading, hunting, fishing, playing golf and basketball and spending time with his family.
