Jade Leigh Breeback, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant. She specializes in family medicine.

Breeback is passionate about encouraging and promoting healthy living. Believing that patients hold the key to their diagnosis and treatment, she listens to her patients and considers all aspects of their care – financial considerations, personal fears and other concerns. A self-described people person, she enjoys being around big groups of people. She loves swimming, hiking, traveling, board games and eating chips and salsa. Competitive at heart, she loves winning!

This appointment went very smooth. I don't usually do telehealth visits and didn't k ow what to expect. Jade was very sweet and knew exactly what to do for my eye infection. My prescription was called in quickly too.

I loved how Jade listened to my concerns she explained to me my health issues and ways to get my BP down. I was recently in the hospital and she read my lab work explained what the hospital findings were and she didn't rush me with my concerns.

She was recommended to me by a friend who loves her. I would never want another PCP. I have had many negative interactions with doctors and PAs the last decade especially, but never with Jade. I have developed many health issues, and she has always been concerned and done anything she can to help, including consulting others in the office and referring me to specialists when necessary. I would recommend her to anyone any time.
