Biography
Jana Padilla, DNP, CPNP-PC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner in primary care pediatrics. Experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings, she specializes in pediatric endocrinology.
Open, honest and compassionate, she strives to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients and their families to ensure they feel heard, supported and actively involved in care plan decisions. She is passionate about fostering caregiver engagement while empowering adolescents to build independence and develop strong self-management skills. Every clinical decision she makes is guided by the patient’s best interests.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, watching them play sports and spending time with her dog. Her hobbies include reading and crafting.
