Dr spent time with physical eval, answering questions & reviewing treatment plan despite the namy it's in clinic.

I have recommended him to another person who was in great need of a physician, but Dr Cooke isn't taking on any new patients. It is sad when patients in a community lose their primary provider and can't find a new provider to meet their needs. We need to do better as a medical society. Change for those of us in our senior years of life prefer consistency and dislike change tremendously. Dr Cooke is a breath of fresh air for me as a patient; he actually listens to my concerns and needs. We need more providers like him.

The doctor, Jaycee Cook, took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable. His professionalism, knowledge, and care is exemplary.

He was kind, I had my kids with me due to no babysitter last minute and they were definitely distracting, however he did not really go through my anxiety screening or really make a connection with me. Again, it was hard to with wild kids in the room so I'm not faulting him at all for that, however I still wish we had went through other things or tried to make more of a connection with me. He was very sweet when it came to trying to make me feel better about my family's cardiac history and helped reassure me that I am fine so I do give him credit with that.

Dr Cooke has always shown very caring and interrelating in his patients. Always greets me with a smile on his face and going over all matters of health my concerns and his professional opinion . I have already referred friends family members and behaviors . Now I understand he does not have room for any more patients which that says a lot! . My concerns in my health is Dr Cooke concerns and he shows it by explaining all along with following up with me.we need more like Dr Cooke in our community. What a blessing.

The provider did a great job explaining everything and of course, a lot of that will take care of a follow up He listed several options that I can now have time to consider and not one time that he checked his watch to see if he had ran over his a lot of time he was very patient kind and I'm so appreciate the time that he spent with me
