Biography
Jesse M. Cleaver, BSN, MSN, NP-C, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology.
With a background as a certified surgical technologist and registered nurse in cardiac and surgical intensive care units, he has a broad background in cardiac management and treatment.
Using a holistic approach to patient care, he takes the whole person and individual needs into account when planning care. Friendly and approachable, he educates patients and puts them at ease so they feel comfortable asking questions about their medical issues or treatments.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, open water and outdoor swimming and camping.
