Biography
Jessica Yacopino, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She specializes in family medicine.
Compassionate, attentive and trustworthy, she listens fully, thinks critically and never forgets that healing starts with being heard. She creates a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel respected and empowered to navigate their health care journey with clarity and confidence. She is a dedicated advocate for preventive health, including immunizations, and does not provide chronic pain management.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, playing sports, traveling, being outside and spending time with family and friends.
