Biography
Jessica Yacopino, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner. She specializes in family medicine.
Compassionate, attentive and trustworthy, she strives to be the kind of provider who listens fully, thinks critically and never forgets that healing starts with being heard. She creates a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered to navigate their health care journey with clarity and confidence.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, playing sports, traveling, being outside and spending time with family and friends.
