Biography
Jodi L. Chouinard, MSW, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in behavioral medicine.
She provides compassionate and effective therapy to individuals who have experienced trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence and various forms of victimization. Using a holistic, client-focused approach, she emphasizes empowerment, respect and understanding and recognizes the profound impact of past experiences on mental health.
With a focus on trauma-informed care, she employs evidence-based approaches, such as trauma-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, substance abuse and the aftermath of traumatic events. She values open communication and collaboration and fosters trusting therapeutic relationships to help clients build resilience, navigate life transitions and work toward lasting recovery.
In her spare time, she enjoys family time, the outdoors and reading.
