Dr. Joshua Eli Robins is a vascular surgeon at Cone Health, specializing in aneurysmal disease, aortoiliac occlusive disease, cerebrovascular conditions, and complex limb salvage. A Kernersville native, he returned to the Triad after 15 years to care for the community that raised him. He treats every patient as he would a member of his own family, emphasizing lifestyle changes first, medications second, and surgery third.
Dr. Robins is passionate about delivering high-quality care close to home, using advanced technology to reduce the need for travel. He values honest conversations with older patients about aging with dignity and takes pride in the full-circle privilege of caring for the parents and grandparents of childhood friends. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors—golfing, hunting, fishing, and gardening.
