Julie Haviland, MD is an emergency medicine physician at Cone Health. Whether it’s a stroke or a trauma, she works closely with nurses, techs, and paramedics to make sure every patient gets the care they need quickly and effectively. Helping people when they need it most is what she’s most proud of.
Outside of work, Dr. Haviland enjoys running, scuba diving, reading, and spending time with her family. She chose emergency medicine because she wanted variety and the challenge of thinking on her feet—and she still loves that every day brings something new.
