Biography

Kaitlin Zuleta, DNP, AGNP-C, is an adult geriatric nurse practitioner. Her professional interests include pelvic health and urogynecology.

Using a holistic care model, she believes in shared decision-making and patient-centered care that makes the best sense for each person. Kind, supportive and committed to helping people get the most out of life, she strives to build healthcare relationships based on shared trust and treats patients like she would want someone to treat her family.

After starting with Cone Health as a youth volunteer, she worked in dining services and as a certified nursing assistant before becoming a nurse. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time with her husband and dogs.

NP Zuleta was incredible. In the previous listed questions I gave her a "very good (5) " rating. In reality if it was an available option, I would have rated her higher. She was way beyond very good, she was excellent. Thus far since I have been in her care, I would rate her as one of the best medical providers I have had in my life. I wish every medical provider handled a patient's medical care and the communication with patients like she does. From a patient's perspective, I believe she is an incredible asset to me. I have recommended her to many others.
