Biography
Kara Brady, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She specializes in cardiology.
As a former cardiovascular intensive care unit nurse, she has a deep understanding of cardiac conditions at their most critical, which inspires her commitment to help support her patients. Believing prevention is the cornerstone of heart health, she emphasizes early risk identification, evidence-based interventions and proactive lifestyle guidance tailored to each patient. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard, advocated for and genuinely cared for at every visit.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two beagles. Her hobbies include working out and going to the beach.
