Dr. Karina Paci, MD, MBA, is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and dermatologist with expertise in dermatologic oncology, facial reconstruction, and procedural, general, and cosmetic dermatology. She leads Cone Health’s Mohs program, accepting community referrals and delivering personalized, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. As both surgeon and pathologist, she guides patients through every step of their treatment journey, often seeing them multiple times a year and building lasting relationships.
Born and raised in France with Irish heritage, Dr. Paci is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, gardening, horseback riding, and traveling to Europe.
