Katherine Ingram, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech language pathologist. Her professional interests include aphasia, apraxia, cognitive communication, dysphagia, dysarthria and Parkinson’s disease.
After her grandmother had a stroke, which significantly impacted her communication, she felt driven to help adults in similar situations. She understands the complex journey related to neurological rehabilitation and the effects on the patient and caregivers. She empathizes with the frustration, but she also understands the smallest victories.
In her spare time, she loves being outdoors working on her hobby farm, riding horses or hiking with her husband and dogs. She also enjoys traveling and has spent time living abroad.
“I strive for my therapy sessions to be interactive, functional and effective.” – Katherine Ingram, MA, CCC-SLP
