Katlyn West, MSN, AGPCNP-C, is an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology.

Although all questions were answered, Nurse West should be mindful of visual & non visual active listening queues and mannerisms (i.e. Looking at watch particularly when a patient is speaking, speaking fast, seemingly listening to respond).
