Kristen Unger, PT, DPT, holds a doctor of physical therapy degree. She especially enjoys working with patients who have Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, Guillain-Barré syndrome and other movement disorders.
A keen problem solver, she often treats patients with complex or unique neurological diagnoses. Open, empathetic and inspiring, her approach to care is heavily focused on helping patients achieve functional independence with all the activities they need, want and love to do – even if that involves something like walking the Appalachian Trail!
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and taking trips across the state. She is also an avid video gamer.
“I have a passion for physical therapy because I love to help people, especially my patients with neurological conditions, reach their full potential and do activities they never thought they could do.” – Kristen Unger, PT, DPT
