Layna Fox, PharmD, CPP, is a clinical pharmacist practitioner who sees patients on-site and collaborates with providers to optimize medication management. She takes time to explain medications in clear, understandable terms and provides practical recommendations patients can confidently follow.
By fostering a warm, welcoming environment during every in-person and virtual visit, she builds trusting relationships that support patient-centered care. Using a shared decision-making approach, she ensures patients feel informed and empowered to make decisions about their care.
Dedicated to improving patient outcomes through individualized medication management, she recognizes that even small, specialized adjustments can meaningfully improve health and quality of life.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, painting and playing tennis.
