Biography
Michelle Rakes, MS, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Experienced in emergency and critical care settings, she specializes in family medicine.
She believes in helping patients reach their health care goals by encouraging healthy lifestyle changes suitable to their needs. Also, she involves patients and their family members in care and treatment plans to encourage better outcomes. Finally, she is mindful of concerns when devising treatment plans.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Also, she enjoys spending time on the lake, wakeboarding, snow skiing, snowboarding and camping.
