Biography
Madison Yates, PharmD, BCACP, CPP, is a clinical pharmacist practitioner and ambulatory care pharmacist. Her specialties include vascular medicine and deep vein thrombosis care.
Passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered care, she finds fulfillment in helping patients feel informed and confident about their treatment plans. Known for her compassion and calm presence, she strives to ease the stress of complex vein and vascular conditions through empathy and understanding. She believes in listening closely, fostering collaboration and building trust, so each patient feels supported as a whole person in their care journey.
A Triad native, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing tennis, reading and cooking.
