Biography
Maria Dixon, MSN, FNP-C, BS, AD, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to obtaining her nurse practitioner degree, she graduated from Guilford Technical Community College with her Nursing degree and served our community with Cone Health as a registered nurse.
Using a holistic and collaborative approach to patient care, she thrives to provide compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care for her patients. Maria has experience with preventative and health screenings, performing pre-employment physicals, return to work exams, DOT exams, and treating workplace injuries.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, family, and friends. She enjoys traveling, exploring outdoors, attending concerts and live sporting events.
