Biography
Marisa Laws, PT, DPT, PCS, is a pediatric physical therapist. Her interests include physical therapy with children from birth to 21 years old with diverse diagnoses, including gross motor delay, torticollis, neuromusculoskeletal disorders, orthopedic impairments and genetic disorders.
She brings a diversity of experience to her pediatric physical therapy expertise. She has worked with inpatient/acute care, outpatient settings and specialty clinics. She has used a range of approaches, including aquatics and adaptive cycling. She believes physical therapy improves health, supports prevention, healing and functionality, encourages human engagement and relieves stress.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to CrossFit or running. She spends time with her dog and friends and exploring new coffee shops, bookstores and trails throughout the Piedmont Triad.
