Biography

A board-certified general surgeon, Mark Jenkins, MD, specializes in gallbladder disease, colon cancer, breast cancer, thyroid disease and hernia repairs. For more than 20 years, he has worked in the Annie Penn Hospital surgery department, and he feels privileged to be a part of the Reidsville community.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Dr. Jenkins is married with two children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching soccer, playing fantasy football and taking photographs.
