Very nice PA. And concerned about my pain.

She did an examination in which she touched the bottom of my shoes and then continued to document on her laptop and didn't ever wash her hands before she left the exam room.

M. Williams did not describe any of the findings that were in my chart. She didn't want to tell me my results of MRI became frustrated and just said she was sending me to pain management. Terrible bedside manner, and communication skills. Dismissive and unprofessional.
