Nurse Meghan asked questions, answered my questions, was very detailed in her communications. She took copious notes during the visit. Very pleasant to talk to.

M. Williams did not describe any of the findings that were in my chart. She didn't want to tell me my results of MRI became frustrated and just said she was sending me to pain management. Terrible bedside manner, and communication skills. Dismissive and unprofessional.
