Biography
A board-certified nurse midwife, Melissa “Missy” Swanson, MSN, CNM, RN, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and women’s health.
She believes increasing access to safe, respectful and evidence-based care is the best way to improve health equity. She enjoys working with people throughout all stages of life – welcoming a new baby, choosing contraception, managing menopause, dealing with breastfeeding challenges and more. She welcomes the opportunity to discuss both medical and alternative options for pregnancy, birth and common health conditions.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her five children and pets.
