Nischal Narendra, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. He is assistant professor of medicine for the Cone Health Internal Medicine Residency Program.
His professional interests include hyponatremia (caused by low sodium levels in blood), hypertension and graduate medical education and resident wellness.
Growing up with asthma, he understood from a young age the importance of having a physician who took time to explain his condition and treatments to him. Using a patient-first approach, builds relationships built on trust, open communication and collaboration.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and reading.
