Pamela Ingram, MEd, RD, LDN, CDE, is a licensed dietician and nutritionist certified in diabetes education.

She uses the current research and standards in nutrition care to help her patients identify realistic ways to meet their nutrition needs, make healthy lifestyle changes and ensure their bodies work as they are designed to do. She enjoys the sense of helping people understand how proper nutrition can help heal, control and prevent health problems.

In her spare time, she teaches Sunday school and participates in church outreach and mission activities. She enjoys knitting and crocheting, and travelling, especially to the North Carolina mountains and coast.
