Biography
Panav A. Jha, MD, specializes in family and sports medicine.
He provides comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management with an emphasis on active lifestyles, exercise prescription, and return-to-play guidance. He specializes in non-surgical care for acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries with expertise in osteoarthritis, tendinopathy, overuse injuries and concussion management. His clinical interests include ultrasound-guided procedures – such as joint and tendon sheath injections, and hydrodissection for nerve entrapment – along with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy for tendon, joint and soft tissue conditions.
Guided by the belief that everyone deserves the chance to live a healthy, active life, he blends a whole-person approach with a performance-driven mindset shaped by his background as an athlete. He prioritizes trust, empathy and communication and empowers individuals through personalized, evidence-based plans that support healing, resilience and long-term well-being.
