At my last appointment in May 2025, Dr Ross and I had a discussion about lifestyle changes. It really resonated with me and I made some significant changes in the 11 months between appointments. Weightloss, exercise, diet changes. Because of this, I was able to have a discussion with Dr. Ross at the appointment in April 2026 about my medications and was able to drop two meds with the possibility of a 3rd in the future. I respect Dr. Ross and she treats me with respect.
