Biography
Rachel Kubinski, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist. She has special interests in outpatient orthopedics, chronic neuromusculoskeletal conditions, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, sports-related injuries and women’s health.
Using an empathetic, evidence-based and collaborative approach to care, she is passionate about helping patients prioritize their health and well-being. She integrates manual therapy, exercise, mindful movement and education into her sessions. Through active listening, she fosters a calm, safe and supportive environment and builds a strong therapeutic partnership to help patients reach their goals.
As an adjunct assistant professor of physical therapy at Elon University, she mentors future clinicians.
In her spare time, she enjoys recharging through gardening, yardwork and hiking. In addition, her hobbies include teaching and practicing yoga and dancing.
