She is always so understanding. She makes me feel as if my health is her greatest concern. Explaining each Issue clearly to ensure my understanding. I feel very comfortable with her. It's very important to me to feel comfortable as it's not easy to discuss all of the issues my body and mind suffer due to my condition. It's easy for people to say they care and understand..but it's not so easy to actually mean it. I spend most of my time alone never discussing my health issues. However Ms Pennington and my former doctor make me feel that they hear me and they care
