Biography
Samuel Crickenberger, OT, is an occupational therapist.
Using a person-centered approach to care, he strives to treat his patients as he would like to be treated. He enjoys cultivating meaningful relationships with his patients to help facilitate growth and goal attainment.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to church. His hobbies include basketball, running, hiking, playing video games and paddleboarding.
