Biography
Sarah Carter, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in hematology and oncology.
After beginning her health care career in high school as a certified nursing assistant, she continued her education, worked in surgical and intensive care unit settings, and ultimately obtained a master’s degree in nursing.
She strives to ensure patients are comfortable and to works with them to develop an individualized care plan. Honest, supportive and respectful of her patients’ wishes and beliefs, she enjoys working collaboratively to create an atmosphere that feels like a family.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog. Her hobbies include yoga, salsa dancing, traveling all over the world and trying new foods.
