Biography
Sarah C. Jeanes, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in urgent care medicine.
With a diverse background in family practice, endocrinology and urology, she takes time to listen to and connect with patients to help them improve or resolve their health concerns. She educates and builds relationships with patients, collaborates on treatment plans and empowers them to manage and improve their health.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and grandchildren, quilting and hiking.
