Biography
With two decades of experience, Shannon McGowan, PA, is a physician assistant specializing in urology.
Patient, kind and compassionate, she takes time to listen to patients, understand their issues, and answer questions. Treating each patient as an individual, she strives to be a trusted resource for all.
In her free time, Shannon volunteers at Open Door, a free clinic that services uninsured members of the community. Also, she is involved with the Elon University physician’s assistant program. Her hobbies including riding horses and spending time with friends.
