Biography
Shantell Williams, MS, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in behavioral medicine in a pediatric integrated health setting. Her professional interests include ADHD, anxiety, depression, psychoeducation, brief intervention and screening assessment.
She finds it deeply meaningful to be part of a collaborative care team that helps patients and families build a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing and resilience. Approaching care holistically, she works closely with medical providers, caregivers and support teams to address both the emotional and physical needs of each patient.
Her strengths-based, solution-focused style emphasizes building trust quickly, creating a safe and supportive environment and empowering children and families to take an active role in care and decision-making.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, staying active, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
