Biography
Shuvon Rankin, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She specializes in behavioral medicine for the treatment of children, adolescents and adult psychiatry. Her professional interests include anxiety, mood disorders and psychotic disorders across the lifespan.
She puts her patients first to make sure they receive the care and resources needed even if she must be an advocate for resources in the community. She wants all her patients to reach their best potential mentally, physically and emotionally. She bridges resources and the involvement of patients’ treatment team to make sure each patient has what is needed to accomplish their individual goals.
When she is not working, she enjoys relaxing, listening to audio books and spending time with her family.
